KidsBee.In Return Policy:
1. Returns :
We accept returns and arrange refunds or replacements if the product you received is :
(i) Damaged/Defective/Broken.
(ii) Wrong size, Colour, Quantity.
(iii) Different from the description or image is given.
2. Exceptions :
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
(i) Innerwear, Swimsuits, Healthcare products, Food and Beverages, Bath and Beauty products, and Custom stitched products.
(ii) If the item Is used/worn or altered
(iii) If it exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
(vi) if the item Is returned without original packaging, accessories, bills, and labels.
(v) If the Serial Number has been tampered.
3. Eligibility (Time Limit) :
(i) You should submit the return request or contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged product, empty parcel, or any item missing. Return requests submitted after 2 days of delivery may not be entertained by the sellers.
(ii) You should return the product within 7 days after getting confirmation mail or a call from kidsbee.in. (if the return request is sanctioned by kidsbee.in)
4. How it Works :
The return request will be reviewed by kidsbee.in.
We will notify you through mail or phone with the instructions to return the products OR you can do it yourself by carefully reading the return instructions provided along with the purchased product.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it based on your claim and notify you via mail or phone, within 3 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect.
If you did not get a reply even after 3 business days, or if you are not satisfied with the way kidsbee.in addressing your issue, you can submit a complaint at kidsbee.in Customer Care by sending an email to kidsbeefashion@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to help you to resolve your issue.
5. Shipping :
You should return the product to the address provided by kidsbee.in. You should follow the instructions provided by kidsbee.in in the confirmation mail or call. We recommend you use the India Post Speed Post Parcel service to return the products.

6. Shipping Cost :
kidsbee.in will provide you with Rs. 100 as store credit as compensation for return courier charges, which can be used for purchasing any item from kidsbee.in, within 120 days after receiving the credit. If the return pickup facility was arranged by kidsbee.in or our partner, you will not get the courier charge credits since there is no charge from your side for returning the product.
7. Refund :
A refund is initiated only after verifying the product against your claim. The refund may get declined if the product received by kidsbee.in is not as per your claim.
We will initiate the refund within 3 working days kidsbee.in Returns & refund department
For refunds, it might take up to 2 weeks for the amount to be credited back to your account after we have initiated the refund.
8. Replacement :
Replacement is initiated only after verifying the product against your claim. The Replacement may get declined if the product received by kidsbee.in is not as per your claim. Please note that the Replacement would depend on the stock availability. (If the product is not available for replacement we will refund the amount to your bank account)
